Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
If you are planning to sell or rent a Domestic Property, by law, you are required to provide a current EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for that property. The Energy Performance Certificate is the only element of the recently suspended Home Information Pack (HIP) which is still required when selling a domestic dwelling. Only Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) or Home Inspectors (HI's) are permitted to produce an EPC
